I am a post graduate in Agriculture from Punjabrao Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola, Maharashtra.  I have passed Diploma in Business Management from L.N. Wellingankar Management Institute, Mumbai. Passed Hindi Examination as per the guide lines of  GOI.

I have undergone various training programmes  in project management, Communication, leadership & interpersonal styles, Management development programme, general management, finance for non finance executives, agriculture extension, plant protection, stress management  from NDDB, IRMA, XLRI, Mother Dairy, Milk Unions and Cooperative Union of Canada.

I have worked in Accounts& audit Department, Indian Space Research Organisation of GOI. I am working in NDDB since last 28 years in various capacities( Administrative Head, Team Leader, Managing Director) for implementation of Oilseeds & vegetable, Fruits & vegetable & Dairy Developmen  Projects.
