Qualification :

· B Com. (1979) and LLB (1982) from University of Poona.

· ICWAI (Inter) in 1982 and SAS (Commercial), CAG of India

· PGDRDM from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) in 1995

Experience :

More than 25 years work experience in the field of Audit, Accounts, Finance and General Management.

· From April 1982 to December 1988 – Commercial Audit wing of CAG of India. During the tenure with the Commercial Audit wing , was associated with the proprietary and supplementary audits of various public sector organizations like Oil and Natural Gas Commission (Western Region), Indian Oil Corporation, Indian Petro Chemicals Ltd, Vadodara, National Textile Corporation and Indian Dairy Corporation, Vadodara.

· From December 1988 to Date – with National Dairy Development Board, Anand. In NDDB worked in various departments viz. Accounts, Finance and Internal Audit on different positions.

· From August 06 to December 07 on deputation to National

Cooperative Dairy Federation of India, as its Managing Director.

· From December 2007 posted as State Director, NDDB, Mumbai.
