• * Rs. 900 towards the Annual Subscription and Registration Fees for IDA Membership (Please note that a duly filled in IDA membership Form should be sent along with the Delegate Registration Form).
• ** Milk Producers & Women in a batch of TEN or more will be charged @ Rs.1250/- per head only, provided the group is certified by the Coop.
  Milk Union or Private Dairy who is an Institutional Member of IDA. The Non Member Institutions can become IDA Members by paying Rs.8,000/- towards annual Subscription before 31st December 2008. This discounted Tariff is not applicable to the Board of Directors / Partners of the Company.
• The accompanying spouse / children will not be entitled for delegate kits. However, they can enjoy lunch, dinner & cultural programs.
• Children below 12 years will not be allowed for Inaugural & Technical Sessions.
• To register as a delegate for the conference it is mandatory to be a member of Indian Dairy Association (Either Student Member/Ordinary Member/Life Member OR Representative of Institutional Member).
• Foreign delegates registering for the conference are welcome to become IDA member. However, this is not compulsory for them.
