Guidelines for submission of Paper / Poster for XXXVII IDA Conference :
- Only Invited / Registered delegates will be allowed to present papers / posters.
- A delegate can present only one Paper / Poster.
- All the desiring participants should send a brief abstract of their Paper / Poster, not exceeding 200 words, by e.mail to the concerned Chairs.
- The font of Times New Roman should be used, title should be 14 pt. (bold) font, and rest of the matter be 12 pt. (normal) font.
- The name of the author presenting the paper should be underlined.
- The affiliation of the authors should be given in a normal font just below the names of the authors.
- The text of the abstract should not exceed should not exceed 200 words. Biological names of the organisms and colloquial names should be given in italics.
- The abstract should include brief objectives of the work. The result should be presented along with the necessary interpretation. The abstract needs to be concluded with an inference on the outcome of the study.
- In case your Paper/Poster is selected for presentation you will be informed accordingly and an official invitation letter will be sent. You will be then required to send two good quality hard copies along with soft copy through e-mail / CD containing the word file of your presentation before 31st December 2008.
- The envelope should be marked as ‘Paper/Poster Presentation’.
- Acceptance for presentation is subject to review by the Technical Committee. Prior acceptance is pre-requisite for presentation in the Poster Session.
- A pin board size 4 feet X 2.5 feet will be made available for display of Posters.
Abstract of the Paper / Poster should be sent to the respective Chairs only by E-mail along with submission form upto 15th December, 2008.
